Esenzia Travels designs your whole stay around you: handpicked boutique hotels, private guides, VIP access to landmarks, restaurant reservations from rustic taverns to Michelin-starred tables, private transport, wellness and private events — and stays reachable throughout your trip.
How much does a tailor-made trip with Esenzia Travels cost?
Every journey is priced to its design. Our planning fee depends on the number of travel days and is shared after a complimentary consultation call. A 50% deposit confirms your booking and the balance is due 30 days before departure.
Can you arrange private tours outside Barcelona?
Yes. We design days and multi-night stays on the Costa Brava and in the Empordà, the Penedès and Priorat wine regions, Montserrat, Girona, Sitges and the Costa Daurada, the Pyrenees and the Balearic Islands: Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza.
Do you organize corporate and executive group travel?
Yes. We design journeys for executive groups and companies — leadership retreats, incentive trips and client hospitality — with private transport, venues and tailor-made events handled end to end.
Is Esenzia Travels a good choice for American travelers?
Most of our guests travel from the United States. We plan in English across US time zones, explain local customs before you fly, and stay on WhatsApp throughout your stay.
